1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using RevealyAI ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RevealyAI.

2. Description of the Service

RevealyAI is an AI-powered B2B prospecting platform that helps users identify target market sectors, generate prospect lists, and send personalized outreach via email and LinkedIn. The Service is intended for professional use only.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
You must provide accurate information during registration.
One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

RevealyAI offers paid plans (Pro at €24.90/month, Max at €59.90/month) billed monthly.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are listed in euros and exclude applicable taxes.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Refund Policy

Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days at contact@revealyai.com.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use RevealyAI to:

Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages in violation of applicable law (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL).
Impersonate another person or entity.
Scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the platform.
Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
Violate LinkedIn's or Google's terms of service through the integrations.

You are solely responsible for the content of emails and messages sent through RevealyAI and for compliance with applicable outreach laws in your jurisdiction.

7. Intellectual Property

RevealyAI and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RevealyAI and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you input into the platform.

By using the Service, you grant RevealyAI a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

8. Third-Party Integrations

RevealyAI integrates with Google (Gmail), Microsoft (Outlook), and LinkedIn (via Unipile). Use of these integrations is also subject to the respective third-party terms of service. RevealyAI is not responsible for changes or interruptions to third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevealyAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
